Mediation has been a key practice for personal growth. I’ve engaged with a lot of material and here are my favourite bits.

I have done three vipassana retreats in the S. N. Goenka tradition and they have been life-changing (e.g., stopped coffee for 6 months, stopped YouTube and other unwholesome content, and stopped alcohol for over a year now). They are donation-based and can be found across the world.
