100,000 lumens to treat seasonal affective disorder: A proof of concept RCT of bright, whole-room, all-day (BROAD) light therapy

While light therapy is a huge market, the evidence for the promise of light therapy is weak. We explored new innovative way to make light therapy substantially more effective by increasing the lumens. This is a high-impact path to mental health and well-being that has much lower risks than pharmacological interventions.

Building on the 2021 article, this research explores to what extent parents can be motivated to help their children develop advertising literacy for influencer marketing. Behavioural science is used to have the most impact, in particular the Theory of Planned Behaviour and the Behaviour Change Taxonomy v1.
